ALEXANDER RECHTER (Alex). Born July 29, 1946 in Warsaw, Poland, son of Dr. Maximilian M. Rechter and Irena Rosalia Hamerschlag Rechter. Attended Carmel College, Wallingford, Berkshire, England. Entered Yale Sept., 1965. Intensive Culture and Behavior major; National Science Foundation Summer Research Grant in Political Science, 1968. Resident: Berkeley (Debating Team, 1965-69; Soccer, 1965-67; Bowling, 1967-68). Delta Kappa Epsilon, 1966-69; St. Elmo’s, 1968-69; National Model United Nations, Yale Delegate, 1966-69; Political Union, Liberal Party, 1965-66; Hillel, 1965-69; Varsity Soccer, 1967-68.
