FELIX CYRIL DOWNES-THOMAS. Born December 22, 1944 in Bathurst, Gambia, son of the late Charles Whitfield Downes-Thomas and Juliana Henrietta Maurice-Jones Downes-Thomas. Attended Gambia High School, Bathurst, Gambia, and Taft School, Water-town, Connecticut. Entered Yale Sept., 1964. Absent from Yale from May, 1967 to May, 1968. Member of the Class of 1968 from Sept., 1964 to May, 1967. Political Science major. Resident: Berkeley (Commonplace Society, 1965-69; Berkeley Bach Society, 1966-67; Soccer).
