MICHAEL JOHN BLAKE. Born June 21, 1947 in San Pedro, California, son of Joseph Dyer Blake and Frances Agnes Thompson Blake. Attended San Marcos High School, Santa Barbara, California and Colegio Central General Jose de San Martin, Mendoza, Argentina. Entered Yale Sept., 1965.
