Do you podcast?

I love podcasts.  I listen to them when walking or exercising.  I listened to them when driving, before being grounded by stay-at-home orders, that is.

As my eyes get less resilient, I appreciate podcasts (and audiobooks for that matter) more and more.

I’m curious, though: What’s YOUR experience with podcasts?  Are you a frequent listener?  A podcaster?  Are podcasts moving into the mainstream far enough to reach educated Boomers like us?

To that end, please answer the following 6 questions.  I’ll “close” the survey on May 31st and write up a short report for next month’s newsletter.

So, please take the following survey:

    1. As I said in my survey answers, I find the rebirth of “radio drama” as podcasts the most exciting new development. I have a friend who is part of a troupe called “Fireside Mystery Theater” that does comic horror podcast dramas. By the way, that’s “Fireside” and not “Firesign” as I wrote in my answer. I still remember fondly the Firesign Theater of the 60s! I also recommend ‘Homecoming’ and ‘Blackout’, both commercially produced podcast dramas.
